I am a graduate of the Minnesota Center for Shiatsu Study, 1998.

I have been practicing Shiatsu at my studio in the Longfellow neighborhood since 1998 and teaching Shiatsu Foundations at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School since 2008.  I practice and teach Namikoshi Shiatsu and Shiatsu Anma.  I received my Certified Instructor status through AOBTA in 2015.

I received my Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Center Minneapolis in 2014.  I am a RYT200 - Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance.  I have also studied with nationally renowned Yoga Teacher, Judith Lasater.
